At NexoraVaultHub (nexuravaulthub.online) we sell digital products — downloadable eBooks and PDF courses. Because these products are delivered instantly and cannot be "returned" once downloaded, our refund policy is designed to be fair for both you and us.
1. Free eBooks
All our free eBooks are exactly that — free. There is no charge and therefore no refund possible or required. If you didn't receive your free eBook email, simply contact support@nexuravaulthub.online and we'll re-send it right away.
2. Premium eBooks — 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We stand behind every premium eBook we sell. If, within 7 days of purchase, you feel the eBook did not deliver the value promised, you may request a full refund by contacting us on WhatsApp (+880 1811-215211) or by email.
- Refund request must be made within 7 days of the original purchase.
- Please tell us briefly why the eBook did not meet your expectations — so we can improve.
- Approved refunds are returned via the same payment method within 3–7 business days.
3. Non-Refundable Situations
- Refund request submitted more than 7 days after purchase.
- The eBook has been re-distributed, uploaded elsewhere, or shared publicly.
- "Change of mind" after clearly reading and using most of the material.
4. Returns
Since our products are 100% digital PDFs, there is nothing to physically return. Once a refund is approved you are asked to delete all copies of the file(s) from your devices. Keeping and using a refunded product violates our copyright.
5. Payment Issues & Duplicate Charges
If you were charged twice or notice any unauthorized activity, contact us immediately. We investigate every case within 24 hours and issue an immediate refund when a duplicate charge is confirmed.
6. Delivery Failure
If your paid eBook did not arrive within 60 minutes of purchase, please check your spam folder first, then contact us on WhatsApp or email — we always re-send within a few hours. Delivery failure is a valid ground for a full refund.
